The Fifth Avenue Floral set is so easy and fun to use! I stamped several of the flowers in baja breeze and kiwi kiss on to a piece of whisper white card stock. I then layered on to baja breeze cs. I added a strip of baja breeze striped ribbon to the edge. For the sentiment, I stamped the saying from Teeny Tiny Wishes in baja breeze and then punched it out with the word window punch. I added two silver brads and then dimensionals to make it pop off of the piece of baja breeze cs that I punched out with the new modern label punch. I placed all of this elements on a card base of close to cocoa.
Thanks for stopping by and I wish you a very creative day!!!

Wild About You Baby Gift Set
I just love the Wild About You stamp set! It is retiring today! So if you do not have it yet! Go to my Stampin' Up website and order it! It is so versatile! What I am showing you today is the baby gift my sister-in-law Gaylyn and I made for a very close friend of ours! The new baby's theme was jungle and the mommy wanted bright colors. We had so much fun making these items! We wanted to keep the up with the consistency so we used all the same colors for each of our projects. The inks we used were both craft and classic ink pads and markers depending on the project. The colors we used were summer sun, pumpkin pie, glorious green, real red, perfect plum, close to cocoa, chocolate chip, old olive, garden green, certainly celery, baja breeze, and pacific point. The stamps sets that we mainly used were Wild About You and Season of Friendship.

First up is the clock! I made this from a clock that I bought at Wal-Mart. I used made my own face out of whisper white card stock. I stamped the animals and leaves in various colors with my stamp-a-ma-jig. I then made the numbers with retired set called Doodle Numbers. I punched them out with the 1 3/8 circle punch. I then punched out real red cs with the 1 3/4 circle punch and layered the two.
This is a handy little bag I embellish that I got from Wal-Mart. The picture in the front doubles as a pocket too! I stamped the images with craft ink onto muslin fabric. I then sewed the trim on and then sewed the pocket to the bag. I also used a fabric marker to outline the images to make them pop a little bit more.
For this side of the bag I used chocolate chip craft ink and the retired alphabet set called Headline Alphabet. I used the stamp-a-ma-jig to get the letters in the right place. I also used the leaves from a Season of Friendship.

I had a lot of fun making this tray that I bought at Michael's. First I painted it white with acrylic paint. I had to do several coats. I stamped all of the images and sponged on the grass. I used the retired set, Headline Alphabet, again. The sun was a circle that I cut out. I am not sure where this paper came from? We, I say we but my husband did it, then sprayed on a sealant to protect the tray. I also tried on real red grosgrain, baja breeze striped ribbon, and orange ribbon from Michael's to the handles.
For this write-on board, she used a picture frame. She stamped the images and added the sun (just like the sun from the tray) to a sheet of whisper white card stock. She layered that on to baja breeze designer series paper. She then tied a piece of baja breeze striped ribbon to the frame, placed the glass back in, then the picture, and then the backing of the frame. She then took a white board marker and wrote on the glass. What a fantastic idea!! Loving it!
This is a door hanger that she made out of two pieces of chipboard. One piece is the backing and the other is the frame. She made the frame by using the top note die. Between the two layers is the picture she stamped. She then added the jumbo eyelets with the crop-a-dile to each side of the top. She added the orange ribbon from Micheal's.
This is the other little one she made using the same techniques. She also lined this one with a fabric marker to make the image pop! She also added a button for the ear! How adorable right!Don't you just love the back with all the different color birdies!
Our friend loved the gifts! She was so excited!

In the Garden
Anyway on to the card! I made this for a friend of mine. She loves being in the garden and it was her birthday! So what a perfect set. We have a lot of birthday's this month! I used the Scene in a Garden set for the Occasions Mini. I stamped it all in with Stazon Timber Brown on to watercolor paper. I used the stamp-a-ma-jig to place everything just right. I then colored it all in using the watercolor pencils and the aqua painter. I mounted this onto chocolate chip card stock with dimensionals. I added two folded tabs of so saffron grosgrain ribbon. This then went onto the card base which was very vanilla.
I also wanted to add that Nancy over at iStamp picked my Vintage Bella Toile card for her iPick #32 this week! The other cards and projects that she picked this week were gorgeous! If you have not been to her site, please go! She had a fantastic blog and is very inspiring! I feel so honored! Thank you Nancy!

A Set of Butterflies
Butterflies are just so much fun! They seam to be all the rage lately! So with that said I made this set of cards for my Etsy shop.
I also rounded some of the corners with the corner rounder punch. And there is the front! for the inside, I used whisper white cs and stamped the stem stamp from the same set with the same color of butterfly from the front. These were quick and easy!

A Cuppa Birthday
This is the card that I made for my mom's birthday! She loves coffee, so I thought the retired Like it a Latte set would be perfect! This is one of my all-time favorite sets! :o) She also loves blue, so I had to add that too.
I stamped the cup and a label from the Cute & Curly set in baja breeze on to whisper white card stock. I then stamped off the steam using basic gray. I added the dazzling diamonds heart that I stamped with pink pirouette and cut out to the cut with a dimensional. I mounted all of this on to a strip of baja breeze cs and then on to the card base which is kraft cs. For the saying I stamped on of the other labels that had a blank oval (the solid edge label has a Christmas saying in it) from the same Cute & Curly set. I then stamped the saying from the Short & Sweet set in the center of the oval with basic gray and cut out. I also mounted this with a dimensional. I added the baja breeze striped ribbon to the side of the card. And that was that.
Thanks for stopping by and I wish you a very creative day!!!

A Father's Day Card
This card came about because of the Splitcoaststampers Sketch Challenge SC233. I love the layers that this one presented and I needed a Father's Day Card...so here it is!
The sets I used were Lovely as a Tree and the Rough Edges Alphabet (retired). I used whisper white, chocolate chip, and garden green card stock. I used a little bit of dsp from the hostess sampler pack. The ribbon is chocolate chip grosgrain. For one of the layers I ran the cs through the Cuttlebug embossing folder called Script. I stamped the tree on to watercolor paper with Stazon Black ink. I then used my watercolor pencils and the aqua painter to color it in. For that layer I used dimensionals to make it pop. I stamped the word "Dad" in chocolate chip classic ink.
Thanks for stopping by and I wish you a very creative day!!!

Vintage Bella Toile

Here is my card for Dawn McVey's 9th Raspberry Suite Color Challenge! I just love this color combination!
I inked up the Bella Toile background stamp with Stazon Black ink and stamped it on to very vanilla card stock. Then I added some yummy ribbon that I got from Joann's in a criss cross patter on the front. I made the saying by using a wild wasabi ink and a basic black marker. I stamped the frame from the Great Friend set using my stamp-a-ma-jig. I then cut that out and cut out a larger one in basic black. I used dimensionals to mount it together and over the ribbon. I added some very vanilla scallops I made with the scallop edge punch to the bottom. I then used dimensionals again to mount the very vanilla cs to the wild wasabi cs. Then I attached it all to the base of the card, basic black cs.
Thanks for stopping by and I wish you a very creative day!!!

My First Clear Card!
This is my first clear card! What do you think? I made it for a little two year old's birthday! Her invitation was my inspiration! I started with the flower. (Ok...so here is a tip if you are out of a colored card stock and you have the ink pad for that color...I really wanted to use Pixie Pink for the flower, but found that I was completely out! What to do, what to do. Well I decided to used pixie pink ink on whisper white card stock and it worked! I just wiped the ink pad on the paper!) So I used my make shift pixie pink cs and ran it through Flower #8 of the flowers from the Spring Flower Sizzlit sets from Stampin' Up! I also ran the color summer sun through the same die for the middle of the flower. I punched a 1/2" circle out of lovely lilac cs for the middle of the flower. I used two-way glue and dazzling diamonds for the yummy glitter. To create the stem I used another sizzlit die called Swirls Scribbles. This created the stem and leaves. I used glorious green and green galore. I attached all of it to the whisper white cs. I stamped the saying from Great Friend in real red. For the frame I used summer sun cs and my scallop edge punch all the way around to create the border. I attached all of this to the clear card. I added real red grosgrain ribbon too!
