Ten years ago today my husband asked me to marry him! I can not believe it! We live in the mountains and he loves to go off-roading...so that is what he wanted to do in the morning. We stopped by this very large, very tall rock. He told me that he wanted to climb it. So we start walking up it. Then we came up to a latter that takes you to the very top. As he helped me up the latter I still had NO idea what he was about to do. Once up on top of this very large rock the view was amazing. I was enjoying it, taking it in when all at once he got down on one knee and asked me those wonderful words. He also said, and I quote, "I wanted to give you a rock on top of a rock." It was very sweet. Later that evening we went to a very nice dinner. It is a day I will always remember. So this card is for him!
I used the sets Friends 24-7 and Short & Sweet. I used kraft, very vanilla, chocolate chip, and pink pirouette card stock. The ink used was chocolate chip classic ink. I stamped the flourish then attached the crumbled 1 1/4 circle with a pretty in pink Sending Love Epoxy brad. I also attached the aged tag with the sentiment. I used the eyelet border punch to create the lace. I used the stamp pad and my nail to age the edges of the card. I also used the color spritzer tool with a chocolate chip marker to help age the paper too.
Thanks for stopping by and I wish you a very creative day!!!

I love this card, the way you've aged it is brilliant. I try to age things but it never quite looks right, fab job! :o)
