My First Card Challenge!!!

This is my first card challenge ever! I am so excited to take part in Beate's Weekend Sketch Challenge #29. Well here goes.....

A Happy Birthday Princess!! There was a certain layout that you had to follow to participate. Check out the her link to see the layout! All products are from Stampin' Up! unless otherwise noted. I stamped the princess and the saying from the set Pretty Princess on white card stock. Then I punched the saying out with the 1 1/4 punch and attached to the flower I made using close to cocoa and the scallop punch. I colored in the princess with pretty in pink, barely banana, close to cocoa, and mellow moss stampin' write markers. I used blush blossom and pretty in pink from the stampin' pastels for her face and dress. I also added dazzling diamonds to the princess and the saying! Oh how it sparkles! I could not resist! Then I matted the princess on to pretty in pink cs. I rounded the corners. I used mellow moss cs for the strip across the card that I stamped with the flower from the same set in versa mark.

This card was fun to make and the challenge made my brain work!!! :O)
